Inspired by the richness of architectural elements and the perfection of form in nature, she used coarse cotton rope to create large-scale macrame works in a modern style, which has led to the revival of Macrame in recent years and inspired many people to learn or regain the craft of knitting.

"We wear clothes, we sleep covered with blankets, and our daily lives are surrounded by these textiles that are made of fiber. My fiber art works also have a soft feel like textiles, providing a sense of comfort and calm. When you put my work in a room, the impact can be huge, it gives the space a unique and warm atmosphere, "says Sally England.
